Where can I find installation details for products ordered?
Installation instructions are sent with the products. If you need to have them in advance we can usually fax them to you.

When you order online we are notified by email immediately. When we retrieve your order,
it's already complete with the address and contact information you personally entered.

How are items shipped?
Outside Play Time ships oversized items by freight and most other items via United Parcel Service Ground.
Freight: Typically this takes 1-2 weeks from your order date. With freight orders, the shipping company
will usually contact our customers 2-3 days before arriving at the residence to schedule the delivery.
UPS: These shipments normally take 5-7 days for delivery. Other UPS shipping priorities are available
upon request. Also, we periodically use Federal Express Services. You will be notified via email as to
how your order is being shipped.
International Shipping
This is normally accomplished via Air or Ship Freight for oversized items or US Postal Service or Fed Ex
shipping guidelines for smaller items.

What if I want to return an item?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products.
Just make sure you first arrange the return by email or phone with us. We recommend email as it is easier to track
and keep for records. We guarantee all products are in excellent shape when leaving our facility.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from their residence when
returning a product.
Products at Outside Play Time also include a full manufacturer's warranty. After 30 days, any defects
or problems should be directed to the manufacturer. If you need help finding out how to contact a
manufacturer, we will be glad to help you out.
Can I return it even if I just changed my mind about it?
Our 30-day money-back guarantee allows you to return an item for any reason. If you decide
you do not want the product when it arrives, you must first contact us by
e-mail
or by phone at 888-821-9404. This allows us to track your return and make sure it has
been shipped to the correct address. Items must be returned in the original packaging in good
condition with all parts to receive a refund. As soon as it is received, we will credit your credit card
for the cost of the item.

What if some of the parts are missing?
It's a rare occurance, but sometimes these things happen. Fortunately, this is the easiest
problem to solve. Just email or call us with the part and part number that's missing and we'll
contact the manufacturer. They will then ship the missing part to you at no charge.
What if the package shows up damaged?
Please look at the package carefully when it arrives. If it looks like it has been heavily damaged
during shipping you have the right to refuse it from the shipper, however the box will have
some normal wear and tear during shipping. In most cases the product itself will be in perfect condition.
UPS: When you sign for this, please add a note or comment that the package arrived damaged.
Usually, the box has been dropped by the shipping company and there is no damage to the product.
If parts are damaged, just email us the part number and we'll contact the manufacturer to have
replacements sent to you.
Freight: Once again, add a note or comment when you sign for it if the box looks damaged. If
parts are damaged or missing, let us know by email and we'll get the information to the manufacturer.
What if want to cancel my order?
We understand and know it happens. Sometimes you find out your spouse/friend/mother ordered the same
product and forgot to tell you.
An order cancellation must be received in writing, fax, or email within 24
hours of the time the order was placed. If the item has already shipped the customer must still pay for all
shipping charges. We will do our best to prevent this from happening.
How can I check the status of my order?
If your package is going by UPS we will be able to send you a tracking number by email at your request.
Just send us an e-mail
and we will reply with your tracking information.
If we're sending the package by freight (usually the big items go freight) we can't send you a tracking
number but we can respond to you with the date your package left our facility or the factory. Again, just
e-mail
us for the quickest response.
